The Arrival of PAUL Bakery in Cambodia
Legendary Group has officially signed a franchise agreement to bring PAUL, the world-renowned French bakery-café, to Cambodia. This major partnership marks the arrival of the brand's very first flagship store in the country, representing a major step forward for Cambodia's premium food and beverage sector.

A 137-Year French Legacy
Founded in 1889 as a small family bakery in Croix, Northern France, by Charlemagne Mayot, PAUL has spent more than a century perfecting the traditional art of French baking. Over five generations, the brand has grown from a single neighborhood shop into a global icon of French art de vivre (the art of living). Since launching its international expansion outside of France in 1985, PAUL has grown to operate over 750 outlets across 56 countries worldwide.
Answering Cambodia's Evolving Bakery and Café Culture

Cambodia’s bakery and café culture has evolved rapidly over recent years. There is a growing, sophisticated demand among local consumers for premium, authentic global dining experiences. PAUL represents the success of the global bakery chain, making them an ideal partner for Legendary Group’s vision to bring world-class retail and dining concepts to the local market.
With Legendary's hospitality expertise in Cambodia and the region, the group aims to introduce a highly structured, premium operation to Cambodia's competitive F&B landscape. Brining big brand PAUL flagship ensuring the taste maintains the standards the brand has held since 1889.
Regional Integration Progress Toward Launch

Since agreement signed, PAUL Cambodia team has been participated in the PAUL APAC workshop in Singapore with other 11 countries including CEOs and management teams, representing the full integration of the Cambodian project within the regional PAUL ecosystem.
The local team has finalized a strategic location. PAUL’s signature black-and-white storefront will soon open at the “Royal Train Square”, a historic French colonial-era landmark in the northwestern district of Phnom Penh. Located within a vibrant commercial area layered with French colonial architecture and modern developments, the district offers a distinctive urban character that harmonizes with PAUL’s aesthetic blending old-world warmth with contemporary elegance, while remaining true to the brand’s global identity.
Soon, Cambodian consumers will be able to look forward to the exact same authentic flavors that have made PAUL a household name across five continents.
